Sales and Project Management - great company that defined my career
Pros
Management is very open door. It is easy to get help from upper managers by just giving them a call. There is a lot of room for promotion if you work hard. They encourage working in all different departments to make you a well rounded and valuable employee. IC plan is better than any other elevator company (I know because I received offers from the other majors)
Cons
at the end of 2013 they were restructuring, which resulted in a lot of micromanagement and constant moving around and hiring/firing of VPs. it seemed like key people were not well trained for their specific job responsibilities because they moved around too much. A lot of "knee jerk" sales goals being set because the rest of ThyssenKrupp (outside of elevators) was not doing well.
