Great company to work for. There are great benefits here that include 401K and health insurance. The company is also flexible with employees taking time off.

Cons

The company has implemented a new computer system that has been out for over 2 years and still has issues. On going product issues.

The newly hired account reps were not trained in consultative selling.

TKE has been a good company to work for and has provided learning and advancement opportunities.

Pros

There are many opportunities to learn new skills if you are willing to do extra work. The benefits are pretty good and there is a nice 401k plan in place.

Cons

There seems to be a buddy network at TKE. Some of the people are promoted or get rewarded because of connections instead of talent. Tuition reimbursement is too little for the 2 year commit they want for it.
