Pros
The people are great and hardworking and they are try to support their sales teams.They provide tools that make creating proposals and estimates easier and seem to be genuinely interested in growing the sales teams abilities. A lot of great sales trainings that I continue to benefit from.
Cons
Way too micromanaged. As a sales person that was delivering very strong results I was constantly badgered about the state of a CRM updates (which I get are very important, but the harping was unbearable). Also, the tension between sales and field is a problem that is costing the company significant revenue.
