      Very Poor Example Of A Corporation

      Pros

      Salary-when they actually pay you what you are worth. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Horrible disqualified management-even at a corporate level, deplorable training and communication, perpetual confusion because of lack of planning or caring. Prejudice and discrimination seems to be the norm and rewarded. Extreme lack of customer service, both internally and externally--general attitude of passing the buck invariably. Severe hostile environment of bullying and shenanigans, with importance only placed on profit margins and bottom lines with no real solutions in which to reach those goals; ultimately leaving employees crippled and scrambling always. Bad decisions regarding pretty much everything. Dysfunctional at best on a good day.

      Pros

      It's a great place to get valuable experience. You'll get to do a lot because they're understaffed. GREAT Place for Sales Reps looking to make $$$$$$$$$ Company matches 401k contribution

      Cons

      Compensation was below industry average. Poor workload management and high employee turnover due to burnout. You're expendable to TKE so expect limited opportunities for advancement.

      Pros

      401K, Gas Card. Able to get training on alot of equipment. Access to all corporate training.

      Cons

      They allow the office slackers to tell them who to fire/layoff. Sales dept not held accountable. People with lots of write ups able to remain with company while the hard workers get written up due to the office slackers lying to corporate. Office became toxic and nothing was done to fix it.
