Job security, as is the case with a large company, business is steady and you can look into a long career.

Cons

Large company, avert to changes. A lot of red procedures and bureaucracy prevents makes it hard to stay ahead of the curve in the industry.

Great base salary and benefits (401k w/ 5% match & 100% vested from day 1, fuel card, cell phone). As an Account Manager you have a lot of flexibility in scheduling your work days. You are not tied to a desk and get to be out of the office a descent amount of the work week.

Cons

Poor management at district administration level. No understanding of how to give constructive criticism. The current direction of the company seems to have forgotten how to incentivize its sales force leading to a lot of stress and lack of fulfillment.
