Pros

Great entry-level salary plus large bonus potential for sales reps (account managers). Over 200 offices in the U.S. so it's easy to relocate if you desire. Company phone, laptop, gas card, car allowance and an excellent benefits package. 401k match 100% up to 5%. Training for recent college grads is excellent.

Cons

Moving up in the company will almost certainly require relocating. White-male dominant industry, but that seems to be changing.
