Management is disconnected from the issues

Zero opportunities for females and most minorities, 44% cut in staff nationally over the last couple of years has left everyone extremely overworked and understaffed, as well as no promotion opportunites or perks. Sales are allowed to bully and verbally abuse other employees as long as they make their numbers. You receive 100-200 emails per day and are basically yelled at all day long by internal and external clients. In one region alone, 5 people walked out and another 5 went out on stress leave in the same year; others have ulcers or are on anxiety medication. No management involvement or knowledge means dysfunctional situations are tolerated and employees who do care and work hard are dumped on and burned out. Several people left for significantly more pay and 1/10 the work recently.
