It is nice place to work becuase it has wonderful environment and good co-worker. Everyone are nice and friendly to each other.

Cons

It is a place do not have a chance for someone that want to be challenge and creative, and it is not treat well fair for everyone.

The mid to lower level management and employees are a great group of people, and ThyssenKrupp is a very stable company

Cons

Too much politics, not enough progress, nor room for advancement....for compentent employees that is.

Benefit package nice, regular office hours 8-4:30

Cons

Pay is not great unless you are management or in sales. They get great perks even thought the office staff does 89% of the work
