      - Learn a lot of things. Details of every transaction. - big pantry

      Cons

      - Very fast pace. They expect you to learn a lot of things within short time. - No proper guidance. No SOP or USER GUIDE. Each country got difference process of report. Too much manual work. - Heavy workload - Micromanage. Incompetent manager. - Very minimal benefit. - No appreciation for your hard work.
