Easy entry in organisation. Number of employees are very less so you can have good bondings.

Cons

High Iteration turnover, Poor Salary and Incentives, Imbalanced and very dynamic upper management, Poor HR management, Only one or two people managing the HR responsibilities, Huge Cost cutting strategies, even AC gets off after certain time.

It is a big company where one can learn a lot. Nice colleagues and friendly enviroment. Very professional. Nice office.

Cons

Sometimes managers don't pay attention to employees needs. Salary will not be increased unless you say that you are ready to leave the company.
