      Pros

      Good people work there and dedicate themselves fully to the company. This is the only real value of the firm.

      Cons

      Terrible Management Economic Model based on increasing invoices for clients even when service is actually not rendered to them Management is motivated by Bonus based on turnover hence creating an unnecessarily poisonous environment

      Work life balance and good pay. New things to explore. Learning opportunities if you are willing to do.

      Cons

      Don't see any direction for growth More politics and not a friendly environment Local IT team and admin team in Yarwada, Pune office is not supportive at all.
