Silo mentality, hire and fire mentality and no real understanding of how to get this troubled business out of its historic issues, especially in Europe. The previously successful marketing team has been stripped of any talent and the same is true of other departments. All you need to do is a simple search on LinkedIn to see how many senior managers and directors have left the business in the last 2 years since the Private Equity arrived. The staff turnover is unbelievable. That coupled with regulatory fines in Singapore and Jersey tells a story of a business struggling with its core competencies.
