5yThank you for your positive acknowledgement on the employee engagement initiatives we have taken. While we recognize that work can be hectic at times, such engagement activities provide great opportunity to take a break and have fun with your team mates. Activities such as “Yoga & Meditation”, “MasterChef in Me”, Hobby Club, etc were specifically introduced to help create a work-life balance. With the pandemic forcing us to operate from home, our HR and management team at TMF will continue to look for creative ways to keep the teams connected and the environment fun-filled. We also have various recognitions platforms aligned to our Rewards & Recognition policy, peer-to-peer recognitions, etc. to ensure that we are able to recognise & reward special contributions.
