What will be happening next year if that does not work? A company is a business with people and not a chemistry experimenting box! - High workload, first due to understaffing now to staff turnover. People complain about health issues and work long time. - Politics and power play. People are replaced by Intertrust buddies of the new management. People are afraid to be fired themselves especially in this Covid19 time. - Changing procedures and staff turnover cause inefficiency in client servicing. - Overexaggerated focusing on chargeability and time spent generates pressure on employees and can cause churning behaviour.
