      Dress Code- Formal - Staff act in a professional manner. That's it..

      TMF Group never look to improve the career experience for employees. Their communication channels are non-existant. Software is a disaster. Be prepared to be swamped in work as it takes forever to recruit additional staff as has to be approved by senior mgt. in a distant land. If they say they clear lines of communication exist and are open to everyone, then they obviously don't listen to staff. Management never take input into account- no action taken by management - not a good result for client(s). All good suggestions are filed under "feck that". Merit based career progression is based on Management and seriously is compromised if not biased (check out other reviews sure). They do not encourage internal mobility - if they say they do - then perhaps they are referring to a time when you hit OAP age.

      TMF Group is undergoing structural changes at the moment which means it is also an exciting time moving forward as we are improving our procedures and focusing on addressing issues to create a better career experience for our employees. This includes looking at employee projects and equipping better tools to ensure better efficiency and allow our team to focus on their roles and develop their careers.

      Good pay package with zero job security

      Cons

      Hire and Fire company...No job security...You can be fired at any point in time without any notice... Everything is outsourced to Enmark & Happiest Minds - 3rd party (Don't know why) Technical decision makers bring in different different tools/software which are implemented by 3rd parties (with zero involvement of TMF technical teams) and expect those tools / software to be managed / supported by core employees which is not at all good. People who can do "Buttering" will survive in TMF.
