Company management gives resources the bandwidth and scope to work as per their schedule. (Barring everyone meeting the deadlines). Sr. management in Pune are one of the gems to work with

Excellent work life balance, positive, result oriented leadership, good work ethics, equal focus on customer and employee focus. Very good opportunities for IT people. 3 ODCs in 3 years in India

Cons

not a place for faint hearted guys and for those who don't want to walk extra mile to achieve ambitious results.

Pros

I work in the Pune office of TMF. TMF has good work culture and work ethics. Most important of all I like the work life balance I am able to maintain here. The India leadership including the India Head is approachable, available. As many of my counterparts are in Europe, US and APAC, there is tremendous opportunity to learn and grow. Work related tasks are challenging but that hasn't resulted in any burn outs. There is flexibility.
