Good place to learn and make friends. Some staff are friendly and diversed culture.

Cons

Lack of career progression and managers aren't equiped with good leadership skills. Employees are not appreciated hence can get demotivating. Very high turnover of staff and remuneration is lower than average market rate

Work culture is positive. Some nice people.

Cons

Massive staff turnover! Management need to learn to respect the people under them, maybe then people wouldn't do maximum of a couple of months and get out of the place. False hope is their slogan. No career progression. Salary below average.
