It is a great organization with good projects in hand, but unfortunately the leadership styles is just taking it down the drain. Seniors think that they are just GODS working with some superficial powers as they use it for just HIRING and FIRING people without any prior intimation and on their own wishes. Leadership team thinks that they are the greatest, but unfortunately they have got the roles but no responsibilities. Weird and high pay packages has got to individuals brain. There is no need for any basic qualifications - as if you HAVE IT IN YOU you shall be hired (PUN intended for sure)

Employees not treated as the 'most valuable asset' Too focused on reducing costs rather than improving customer experience. Ineffective leadership, low employee morale Very inconsistent quality of services across countries and regions
