One of the best pros about working at Teleperformance is the transport that they provide after work. Another good thing is the time they invest in training and the people you meet. There is a lot of growth if you're someone who's planning to be in a call center environment as a long term goal.

Cons

Management doesn't always put employees first. Some campaigns have little to NO incentive.
