Teleperformance is a great place to have a lifelong career for those up to the challenge of an ever transitioning environment to what the world changes bring at us. Dedication and hard work is rewarded.

Cons

Not everyone is up for the challenge and those as co-workers become friends it is always sad when someone leaves.
