      Pros

      Holiday concession - but could be better Hybrid working

      Cons

      Take too much and expect alot from their employees No support - resource are reduced and other members are expected to pick up their work with no additional compensation. Pay is not fair Gender gap pay for existing employees If your face fits you will get promoted Systems are not fit for purpose

      Pros

      Can work part time, great if you’re a mum as they seem to take priority with shifts. Fine if you have a partners income too, or you live at home with no commitments

      Cons

      Terrible pay, the big bods at the top make it look so exciting and positive, wanting you to give your all for min wage
