Good varied job role where you can learn so much about so many different types of holidays. Good team work.

Cons

Good progression in bigger stores but not so much in smaller stores where people like to stay working for many years. Needs better communication between retail and contact centre.

Big group lots of opportunity for advancement in your career

Cons

the job is tough to get sale especially with the internet being cheaper too they obviously book online and you still have high targets expected of you by your manager the pay and commission is very poor example if a £6,000 holiday was booked you earn 50p on every thousand you make the company
