      Pros

      Great experience. Some very good people working there. More of a focus in recent times on work/life balance. Opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Some occasional friction between UK and parent company/other source markets. Can be slow moving and slow to change and also limited progression opportunities in some areas due to the nature of business structure and set up.

      really nice co-workers, many workshops and international galas, possibilty of chaning the department, possibility of home office, work/life balance - just great
