      interesting work, flexible working - NewWork@Tui is only going to continue to make this better, able to participate in varied work, global company with the opportunity to work abroad and be part of large virtual teams, pay is market level and fair for the work that is done

      Cons

      The culture can be overly consensual so take a while to get to a decision, but upside once the decision has been made you've got the support of everyone to get behind it.

      Great office, flexible working arrangements and great benefits!

      Cons

      parking can be tricky but they offer 1/2 price season tickets on rail travel.
