Travel is a great business, you're part of very special times in people's lives and the team at TUI really cares about what they do. There is a positive 'can do' culture, we work hard and play hard. We want to be better than we are today and keep pushing forward. If you want to work for a perfect company, don't join TUI. If you want to work for a company that is already good, has the potential to be great and want to make a difference every day, then join us.

Pros

TUI has its customers and colleagues at the heart of everything it does! I work within the Head Office at Luton and the culture here is amazing. There are so many opportunities to learn and develop, fun activities happening all the time and a real focus on career development and personal progression.

Cons

Its a busy office and people may complain about lack of parking, but we've introduced newWays of working which is a flexible approach providing a work/life balance and freeing up some of those precious spaces. Plus the parking is FREE so what's to complain about???

-Low salary for being so close to London -Questionable hiring/promoting within departments -High turnover of employees in all departments
