      Pros

      Joined as a temp but developed to a permanent manager very quickly. Really appreciated the support, training and development but did appreciate that not everyone was treated the same.

      Cons

      Had to work very hard. TUi became my life and I had no choice to neglect my family and health to keep on top. Finally had baby no2 and decided not to go back.

      Great lifestyle, nice climates, meeting great people

      Cons

      1.5 days off a week only, no holiday days as is seasonal... Company changes the commission structure on a monthly basis leaving everyone confused as to how to earn money. Not much support while working in resort.
