      The team is good (although that's more luck on who they've recruited), work/life balance is generally respected.

      Cons

      Lack of staff and poor systems result in poor customer service as issues cannot be dealt with as swiftly as they should be. This is results in high levels of stress for the staff which management tend to ignore.
