Pros

The best reason to work at Target is that the team and other ETLs are so willing to embrace you as a part of the Target Brand Culture and help you in any way. I feel so welcome, even being new, at my first store, it has made all the difference in the adjustment to a new job!

Cons

The only real downside is that I spend a lot of time at work. The long hours don't bother me, but what does bother me is that there just don't seem to be enough hours in the day to get all my work completed and meet the expectations of my superiors.

Pros

Pay is fair and benifits are good.

Cons

Over the past 2 years Target - Assets Protection has jumped the shark. AP executives now report to the Store Team Leaders (not the district AP) as a result we spend the majority of our time doing non-AP functions because the store team leaders use us to do other executives jobs. As a result shortage and theft has increased each year???
