Pros

Target HQ can be great IF you end up in a good team. You can end up in terrible teams with toxic culture and people who just have been in the company for way too long and don't know anything outside of Target. You will hear racist, agist, and sexist comments here and there because some people just don't know any better. Also the Minnesotan passive aggressiveness a very real thing. No one will be straight forward with you and people are fake. Target could really be a good work place but watch out for some team members or leaders.

Cons

The HR won't care about you. Diversity and Inclusion is a joke here. They say they try, but the leadership in the diversity and inclusion team is TERRIBLE. Even witnessed work place bullying. Especially do not recommend Target for young professionals. Lots of older employees who will bring you down and pick on you for your age and lack of experience.
