Cons

Target is currently raising its minimum pay so employees who have been here a long time will soon be making the same as new employees.

Pros

They are somewhat flexible with schedules but other than that no pros.

Cons

No room to grow. No vacation of sick time for part time people. Little training. Recently they given employees much more responsibility with a crazy amount of work with no pay increase and less hours.
