If techies would like to screw their career, should join this company.. Poor management, managers would hardly be technical, as such depends on developers feedback and give ratings accordingly....They are not in position to judge the technical skills of a person; No good projects, mostly support based; hardly u get to see a glimse of skilled development work; Support division of TCS is totally sick....specially RMG/MATC, they behave in a way as if they are next CEO, CTO, CFO of the companies, whereas they are just management trainees, but behave very rudely with even senior associates... Performance rating is bogus; Its just that, if your manager likes u , no matter even if u do no work at all, u would always bag a rating of 4. Few managers act like headmistress, "Come at sharp 8 am in the morning", If you are not able to come, please keep me posted about the reason for the delay... Totally sick.. They don't see that we stay late night completing the work during deliveries In all, a very poor, sick infrastructure prevails.. If you get onsite u r lucky; else be happy with heavy loads of non-sense work showered with pathetic salary hikes..
