      Not a place to learn — just to survive

      - International team and nice office setup - Good place to get basic SaaS sales experience

      Cons

      TeamViewer has a strong product, but if you want to grow your skills and learn how to work properly, this isn’t the right place. People often cut corners or cheat to meet targets — you end up learning how to survive the system, not how to sell well. Not a good long-term environment. - Sales culture is toxic - Unethical tactics are used and tolerated to hit targets - What the company says it stands for doesn’t match how things actually run - Onboarding inconsistent with real work life - Salary is low compared to market average for the workload

      Salary is paid on time, some coworkers are amazing, very international

      A lot of incompetent people are in charge, a few are competent though
