Pros

TeamViewer's core offering (remote connectivity software) is generally well liked by the target audience and it's definitely in the must-have category vs nice-to-have. The people I worked with at TeamViewer were generally very pleasant and professional. TeamViewer also has a fairly mature partner ecosystem.

Cons

Leadership has mismanaged how this software has been sold for years and not a lot has changed in the recent period. If you're an enterprise rep, then be prepared to fight an uphill battle with customers who don't see why they should pay 5-10X more for what is essentially the same software being sold to the mid market space (sorry, SSO is not moving the needle like you think it is). You will also be paying for the sins of the past because many of their customers got used to TeamViewer selling their software like a point solution which they could get at fire sale prices if they just waited until the end of the quarter. This company spends vast sums of money on things which don't have a measurable impact on the business (like sponsoring Formula 1 race teams), but refuses to upgrade their CRM for the modern age--penny wise and pound foolish. It remains to be seen whether the purchase of 1E will pay off but based on the conversations I've had with customers, it'll be a while before they know.

Pros

None that I could find, apart from seeing leaders travel the world with glamourous posts.

Cons

Leadership and a Legacy of Failures- Management is preoccupied with curating glamour while the business starves strategy, intellect, and regional insight. The company is little more than a glossy façade, predominantly shallow, directionless, and cultureless. From top to bottom, the organisation lacks real leadership. Executives indulge in meaningless business travels that deliver no ROI, leaving employees uninspired and unable to look up to them as role models. The organisation is rigidly hierarchical and operates in a way that can break employees mentally. The culture is toxic and demeaning that erodes mental well-being, leaving people feeling crushed 360 degrees rather than supported.
