Dear Colleague, Thank you for your candid feedback, while we would hope to be the employer you enjoyed working for, we understand TeamViewer may not be the spot for everyone, however we do encourage a diverse and inclusive working environment. Please note this is a global Glassdoor account and TeamViewer experienced a hiring surge in 2020 with +500 new colleagues added to the teams around the world. Dear Ex-colleague, Thank you for your feedback and for rightfully pointing out that we are a multicultural and fast-paced company. At TeamViewer we encourage employees to be actively involved in different areas of the entire decision-making chain, getting them to own and provide feedback on business decisions. These are the advantages of the flat-hierarchical structure that we have at TeamViewer. That notwithstanding, management styles still vary from one department to the other according to the business needs.
