Pros

Food, snacks, community, the people, the diversity of our team members and the different languages we speak. It's a shame that we have so many wonderful people that work here, and it's gone to waste due to leadership.

Cons

Management in inside sales is out of control and managed by fear. Apply to any other job here EXCEPT for inside sales. Just last week, management yelled at us and said monkeys could do our job.

Pros

- Great insurance - Great colleagues (although this might just be the trauma bond)

Cons

In the almost 4 years I worked here, when the new VP of sales (the CURRENT VP) took over, everything changed. Being a top performer, dedicated and hard working employee does not matter to them anymore. I witnessed and experienced unacceptable situations in the workplace once he took over. The only people there that are still happy are brand new and didn’t listen to reviews. The culture is absolutely ruined thanks to the current VP. I personally left on my own accord for a role with more freedom, more money, and fully remote. I’m so serious please listen to the reviews. It seems great right at the beginning and then you see the truth.
