Pros

Lots of smart employees to learn from, resources and benefits of a large company, steady job to pay off student loans and save money when in your youth, working in some interesting areas of the market and interacting with big and small customers, diverse workforce

Cons

Old and conservative company, pay and raises could be better for younger employees, restrained by large size

Cons

Texas Instruments seems to be a conservative company. Company is moving out of some businesses. Too many layoffs in the last few years
