The work environment was amazing. It is kingdom business model, where employees serve each other and customers.

Cons

The only con I can think of is how busy it gets around Christmas.

Pros

Lots of customer interaction. Worked with hands. Good summer job. Good manager who was able to quickly teach me the necessary skills to function on my own.

Cons

There were not many bad things about the job. I only worked at the store for a few months over the summer. I enjoyed my time working here.

UPS and the UPS Store management act like sharks surrounding a bleeding store owner, waiting to feed off of your hard work, they never market the brand, plus UPS will steal your own customers by offering discounts that you cannot match
