      Easy work load. Great teams. And relaxed management style

      Cons

      Unrealistic targets, likes to think they are luxury but do not pay/conduct as luxury business. Head office is non supportive. No growth internally

      Very lovely team to work with, always tried to help with requests of time/ days off. Good commission

      Cons

      With being the least flexible in the team I was often given the worst shifts e.g. 3-8, however, this may happen in many places of work. Was told conflicting information when I left with regard to passing my probation period and how long I had to give as notice, ended up not giving enough as I was told I hadn't passed probation period and therefore they took my last month commission from me, even though it was not my fault.

      Pros

      Good pay, excellent commission and bonus scheme, amazing colleagues and management, frequent training days at head office are really fun and informative to learn about new collections. Generous discount allowance and staff allocation.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be quite boring as it is not a massively busy shop, but there is always stuff to be done around the store.
