      Great company and fun

      Pros

      Fun team to work with. Does not overwork their employees, at least from the software development side. Offers employees personal development benefits Great benefits Chance to try out new technologies

      Cons

      Big legacy backend which was slowly being phased out back then. Like any other big company, you might be faced with some politics, but nothing that I was faced with everyday.

      Latest technology is embraced. Time given to improve your skills and training is provided. Good end of year bonus. Flexible hours

      Cons

      Teams are constantly being restructured and sometimes you are not sure where you fit in the overall picture. HR department has been unprofessional on several occasions
