Pros

Well-paying job Shiny Unicorn title

Cons

Be aware that most reviews here are from international contractors not real employees; real employees are those feeling the heat of poor management and culture in this company. The cons are: - Poor leadership - Toxic work culture - Multiple rounds of layoffs - Lack of strategic view from leadership - False advertisement as and AI company while it is an Indian IT consulting company - Terrible work/life balance

Pros

- leave availability - very less work sometimes

Cons

- no communication between management and the Data specialist team . (I have hardly had 2-3 call in my entire 6 months) - communicating in local language (during most of the task allotments/meetings) - micro management done by Point of contacts who are of same designation . They boss you and create a bad work culture - no proper system of assigning tasks . Works being divided among team by point of contacts without proper division(some do more work/some doesn’t even work 10% of others work) - you get reviewed by your manager , who doesn’t know anything about you - all the judgements based on these so called point of contacts . - unwanted & delayed meetings : I totally agree, over communication is important in this virtual world but here POCs call you mandatory meeting even after all tasks completion to chit chat with them . (This was only in my team) They even schedule daily calls according to their availability even though there is a time fixed .

Pros

Remote work is the only pro, but it’s a con too because you are not paid that much what remote work is known for

Cons

Use and throw culture, 0 work life balance, you have to adapt to PST hours. Laid off anytime, frequent layoffs silent layoffs 2 every year, Too much politics, No team bondings Clueless leadership decisions Just big tech alumni names at top level, I know wonder why these guys left their companies, less skilled in tech , more skilled in politics 0 cultural value you are just a robot for them
