Layoff number 3

Pros

Remote work, unlimited leaves and learning how to run a company.

Cons

- Treat people like resources - Layoff people regularly. 3 layoffs in 6 months. Around 50% of workforce is laid off - Management has no clue what they are doing. They also lie about job security and other things

Pros

It was a good company to work for till they laid off half of their strength in just one zoom call, all of a sudden even after being funded in millions

Cons

Provide prior information before laying off, don't make fake promises that company is doing well we can get through it and then lay off employees in a sudden zoom call.

Pros

Have a lot of companies that have open positions

Cons

If you land in a bad company, they will use you and kick you out with 1 or 2 days of notice, meaning that you will receive no income and will be in a bad spot My advice is use another company for finding contracts in the US that will treat you better, IT talent is hard to get and nobody should be treated like that
