      Good benefits. Flexible schedule. Friendly staff. Wide range of business units/industries/ office locations. Excellent help in support positions.

      Cons

      HR redtape. Lack of ownership and accountability across departments. Strict budgets for lower level employees while upper management spends frivilously on expensive meals and extensive travel.

      Descent medical insurance, laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Well it's now 4 yrs. running with layoffs in Sept. I feel so bad for the people who are left. At least you have another year to find a new job before Sept. 2016.
