Supportive of mental health issues.

Cons

Idiotic rules around what you can't say but others can (Inappropriate language). Un-fair expectations for learning when hiring an uneducated staff member. Sexually harassing language towards staff members. (in private chats) Un-inspiring work ethics when asking how to do something. Lack of special needs working environments. Some of the smartest idiots I've ever met. A lot of snakey staff. Great with cultures (As long as you aren't white)

Pros

Good benefits, Healthcare, Maternity and Paternity leave.

Cons

They are cutting bonuses for lower level employees, but not manager or above!! They do NOT pay market rate for positions at all, they are at the lower end of the averages. Which is why they are not getting top talent.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback about how we can improve our employee experience. Our current performance management system is based on quarterly check-ins, which are meant to drive continuous and meaningful conversations and feedback. We continually evaluate our compensation for all roles.
