      Pros

      Is this a joke? The hours - 3am-9am in a building with no air conditioning. The pay - You'll be pressured into forfeiting a portion to the United Way. Career advancement - Who needs a career anyway?

      Cons

      My favorite moment at UPS was reading a message in a bathroom stall that said: "Under Paid Slaves" This organization leads by intimidation. "Management" retains employees with empty promises of career advancement. Want to progress from part-time management to full-time management? You better plan on delivering packages instead. But wait! You have a degree? It doesn't matter - none of my managers had a college education. UPS is managed by truck drivers, not leaders.

      Pros

      Brand however pricing never accommodate your requests to Win business and they wonder why they’re losing business but they deny everything and claim it’s not profitable.

      Cons

      Upper management for sure they are running this company to the ground. They are all parasites and do nothing to actually help you at all. They love to check a box just to check a box and they do nothing intentional instead of getting to the root cause of why we’re losing business They do the opposite.

      1. Please don't join if you're a techie. 2. There is more focus on branding than on the quality of work. 3. More emphasis is placed on internal sports and tournaments. 4. If you're good at sports, you should join this company — it could help you reach upper management. 5. If you do your work perfectly but aren't good at sports, you may be underestimated. 6. The company uses very outdated technology.
