Pros

Strong team of mixed backgrounds makes for a creative and lively team environment; frequently problem solving real problems for the business which makes for rewarding work, entrepreneurial mentality encouraged. Flexi-hours are a real plus and good salary. A lot of support available (and encouraged) for personal development activities.

Cons

Flip-flopping of management has been a pain for the last few years and has made progress slow, putting a lot of the emphasis on the departments and teams to make high-level decisions, without the necessary support to follow through with them. The split to Uniper has promised a clean break with a clear strategy and road-map on how to get there, however we'll have to see. IT is a joke for a technology company.
