Virtualization is the growth industry in this economy, VMware has most mature product and most customers, has technology lead

Cons

Ad-hoc work style - lack of planning, always in firefighting mode - actually take pride in number of unread emails and late night email replies, manage up and don't care about others, forget work-life balance, most mid-management got promoted that way and lack real technology or field experience
