      The opportunity to be part of one of the most complex and interesting challenges in engineering, in an enriching multidisciplinary collaboration. The strong, typically Nordic culture, focused on quality, learning and development. The incredible people from all over the world with whom we share goals, stories and experiences. The motivation that comes from being able to contribute to the energy transition and the sustainability of the planet.

      Cons

      Like other industrial companies, Vestas is dependent on the geopolitical and macroeconomic situation and may at certain times resort to downsizing to adapt (the last one happened at the end of 2025). Some bureaucracy in decision-making and some gaps in the vertical communication process, which is natural in a corporation.
