      very supportive of work / life balance, generous benefits package, potential for expatriating, huge potential to be a significant player in the green energy market

      Cons

      non-existent corporate culture, obsession with procedures is leading to rigid and bureaucratic work environment, lack of prioritization for initiatives within the company - i.e. everything is given top priority.

      Job security, excellnt benefits package..

      Cons

      Low pay and training compared to local competitors. Competitors training & opportunities to advance to $25.00 per hour withing 2 to 3 years. Vestas opportunities to advance to $17 or $18 in two to three years if you are lucky. Lead techs way to clicky and thinks he's a big shot.
