Pros
Benefits are good. Not a whole lot more pros unless you really cuddle up to upper management.
Cons
-Worklife balance is completely unbalanced. The amount of work given to you in order to keep up with the demands of Service is astronomical due to upper management (director level and above) being negligent to individual contributor needs, -Directors in Service Supply Chain are incompetent and blatantly discriminatory to employees they don't like, including management. -Many good difference maker employees were either pushed out or left due to the toxic behavior from Directors. -Promotions to you will be passed up to "friends" by upper management who have no clue what they are doing, and you will have to either train them or clean up their mess afterwards. -HR will do nothing for you, in fact they will gaslight you into mental gymnastics to make you think you are the problem. Doesn't matter if you are a lower-level employee or a manager, if you are complaining about a higher up, it will be turned around and will leave you regretting complaining. Higher ups are protected regardless of how incompetent they are or how poor their behavior is.
