Compensation, benefits are very good. Many talented people. Work life balance is good. Open to new ideas, but sometimes difficult to execute because of few resources, lack of time.

Cons

Volume of projects makes is difficult to focus on quality. Some customers are very demanding. Complex and segregated technology and tools. Not for everyone.

Diversity of employees, awesome teamwork, and the professionality of engineers. Those fill up a deficiency in the top management's ignorance of the business process quality, improvement, and total optimization

Cons

Unprofessional top management in Danish Headquarters who is incapable of foresight to the improvement of the quality in the engineering deviation management, accountability in transportation management, and accountability in the supply chain management, which cause the loss in profitability and the endless overtime by the partial optimization and the sectionalism. Too many manual processes using the outdated SAP and Excel macros causing critical human errors, bringing many losses in profitability.
